Dr. Afra Alsuwaidi is an Arab Board-certified emergency medicine consultant at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. She graduated from Dubai Medical College in 2012 and holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Zayed University, obtained in 2017. Currently, she is pursuing a medical toxicology fellowship at Emory University in Georgia, USA, under the auspices of the Georgia Poison Center. Dr. Alsuwaidi is also a qualified ACLS and PALS instructor. She has a special interest in addiction medicine, radiation, and the management of snakebites within the Gulf region.
