Dr. Mullins is an emergency physician & medical toxicologist whose publications reflect varied interests including one-bag Acetylcysteine treatment of Paracetamol poisoning, Snakebites, Toxic Alcohols, Serotonin Syndrome, Ciguatera fish poisoning, and limitations of Urine Drug Screens.

Dr. Mullins is the Editor-in-Chief of Toxicology Communications (which publishes the MENATOX abstracts) and an Associate Editor for Clinical Toxicology. Dr. Mullins has taught and presented his research in regional, national, and international venues.
