Dr Alfaifi is an Emergency Medicine Consultant and Program Director at the Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region, Saudi Arabia,Known for establishing the Toxicology Service, Emergency Medicine Training Programs, and emergency diploma in the region, he also played a pivotal role in founding the Saudi fellowship of Medical Toxicology. He holds a fellowship in Medical Toxicology from Emory University and a medical research diploma from Harvard Medical School. he has contributed extensively to medical research with special interest in snake bite , spiders envenomation , botulism, street drugs and pesticides.
