Dr Alfaifi is an Emergency Medicine Consultant and Program Director at the Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region, Saudi Arabia, specialized in Medical Toxicology. Known for establishing the Toxicology Service, Emergency Medicine Training Programs, and emergency diploma in the region, he also played a pivotal role in founding the Saudi Board of Medical Toxicology.
