Mr. Tim Conley
Tim serves on the Medglobal Board of Directors. He leads MedGlobal’s chemical weapons training
programs and the Mission Support Team. In October 2024, Tim received a Humanitarian Award for
his work on decontamination systems and chemical weapons response in Ukraine.
Tim has provided medical, trauma, and hazmat training in Iraq, UAE, and Ukraine, enhancing
emergency response capabilities. With over 30 years of experience, he has held key positions,
including planning section chief for Louisiana EMS Tactical Operation Center and mission leader
during hurricanes. Tim has also contributed to the Illinois State Weapons of Mass Destruction team
and various emergency management committees. Currently, he is the Emergency Manager for
Mercyhealth, overseeing medical response planning and coordination in disasters.
